Yahui Lu an independent artist

and dancer living in New York recently.

I studied at The Sun Yat-sen University which the

Major in performing &choreography of Modern Dance While in China.

I was as principal dancer working at Guangdong Modern Dance Company

from 2004-2010 have been touring with the company to

Kennedy Canter( US ) Europalia Art Festival,

Rovereto Dance Festival (Italy),

Polish Arts Festival( Poland )

Hong Kong New Vision Festival , Beijing Modern Dance Festival

Guangdong Modern Dance Festival ,Cultural Cooperation Project with

Margaret Jenkings Dance Company (U.S.)

The 35 anniversary celebration of the Pina Bausch dance company (Germany)

2008 I was invited as an independent artist collaboration

with Sang Jijia who is an international well-know

choreographer(Chinese/Germany)

where performed in Dance City Newcastle Festival (UK).
